Don't agree tbh.
When there were fewer members you had more chance of making a connection with other people because you were more likely to come across them more often as you bumbled around on active convos.
I think people generally name changed less often, which had the same effect.
Also, some posters used to have a profile, with photos and everything! (remember that?).
Its true that the same questions come up all the time, and the same gripes, but its a huge site now with a vast number of staff trying to sell us all sorts of stuff.
Its not the same.
