to not have the heating on yet?

so its a little chilly but DT are hardly here and normally dh and I are out during the day

I'm sat at home by myself working with a thick jumper on, blanket and cat on my lap for warmth

anyone else not turned the heating on yet?

Put the heating on today for the first time - I was miserably cold even with a thick fleece on

But its back to work tomorrow so we can rack up their heating bill instead

Mine is on a few hours in the morning and evening.

I have no tumble dryer and need to dry the washing.

We are sat in the garden with windows and doors open here.

We are in Yorkshire.

If you feel warm enough then no need to put it on.

No heating on and probably not for ages yet.

I still have my bedroom windows open constantly and my one tog duvet on the bed

I intend to resist the heating for as long as possible this year. I just can't afford it. Tbh it's no where near cold enough yet, DCs are in layers and I have been really good at not feeling to cold since the winter I was in Coastal town in refuge with no winter coat or means to buy one! I survived with a thick cardigan and since then seem to be partially immune to feeling the cold. In a tshirt dress and footless fishnets today and not cold. We have a large cold house with draughty window seals as well so def not due to warm house.

Its still quite mild isn't it? The boys bedrooms are still registering 20-21° without heating.

Mine heating aint on yet, its not majorly warm but its not cold either.

Nope i just put fluffy dressing gown on :D i was while the tumble dryer was broken as no other way to dry washing but picked up new dryer on freecycle and that helps warm up the place a bit
