To be sick of feckin spiders!

Has everyone gone mad with spider stories on Facebook??
I can't scroll through my newsfeed without seeing either pics of fucking spiders, people sharing articles or even just liking pics and articles.
I've caught a load of giant ones in the house in recent weeks, I'm terrified of them and it's really putting me on edge

It's the last mild winter and the constantly warm summer. We've had them on our bedroom wall the size of your hand. Very black in colour and big big legs. They're the males apparently, searching for females, who eat them after sex.(Good job too!)
I become a gibbering screaming wreck. We had to explain to the neighbours that it isn't DA, just my arachnophobia. Husband is super; he picks them up (yeeeeew!) and puts them outside.
I can't even look at a picture of a spider. My classes when I was teaching soon cottoned on and I got the lot - rubber spiders in my desk drawer, tucked in the Register, real ones in the stock cupboard. I can literally go hysterical with terror.
And you should see what size they grow to in Africa........ I saw some in Senegal that, well .....I'll be having nightmares tonight so I won't go on!
