To think this is mean? (vomit related)

A family member's DC13 was sitting in the bathroom feeling sick, and her mum went to see if she was ok and asked her if she thought she'd eaten anything bad. Reasonable ywah, but then she told DC to think about whatever caused it or something else ickie, so she felt worse and it made her sick. Not the first time she's done it either apparently!! Hmm Hmm Is that helpful or is it mean?

PersonOfInterest - ewwww no! I have had my phone dive out of my shirt pocket and land in the kitty litter a few weeks ago though! Shock

I think it was more helpful than mean.

DS1 (5yo) has been off - colour the last couple of days. This morning he starts flapping about, panicked, babbling "I'm going to be sick, I'm going to be sick". Nothing happened and he was getting more and more up a height, obviously had the nausea and the sick feeling but no actual sick. I gave him a bucket, sat him on my knee and rubbed his back. A few seconds later - sick. And he felt instantly better. It's best to get it over with as quickly as possible :)

I've never dropped my glasses in the sick but I had norovirus at 36wks pregnant and pee'd myself while being sick Blush

No I don't think it was mean. I hate feeling sick n would just rather be sick and have it over and done with rather than the quesy feeling. I think it was helpful advice

Yabu.

When I was pregnant with DD I felt like I was going to vomit for seven months, but rarely did. It was terrible.
