So I booked the10pm til 11pm slot for my delivery, forgot all about it til half hour ago, by which time had changed into my nightwear....do I change back into daywear? Will driver think me slovenly if I greet him/her dressed like this? WWYD????

Whilst temping I delivered for Iceland. The worlds least convincing transvestite took delivery of an assortment of groceries and a large pack of night time sanitary towels.
Don't know how I kept a straight face.

future bird Grin at the one boob on show, wonder if he thought you were trying to be alluring?

I would stay in my pjs, but then I have no shame....

cestlavielife · 23/09/2014 22:51

Why do you care what driver thinks ?
Wear what you like.

Another vote for PJs here, YANBU.

I would think the whole point of getting stuff delivered to your home instead going out to get it yourself is so you can be lazy and not get dressed like you were ready to go out.

Rock the pajamas. I would. But make sure they're cute and not dorky like flannel or something lame.

ErinneMoore · 24/09/2014 04:42

Isn't that the whole point to"home delivery" and paying someone to do your shopping for you that you don't need to get dressed???!!!!

I once opened the door to the postman and realised id forgotten my pj top. He said nothing, i forgot i wasnt wearing anything. Door closed i realised. Just wear what you comfortable in...

Halloween I opened the door to a bunch of kids ages (2-15) DC3 (2 weeks old) in one arm bowl of surgery goodness in the other hand. They said hello to baby so sweet and I walked back into the living room to carry on feeding then I noticed my boob was out Blush kids didn't say anything bless them Smile

ItsNotEasyBeingGreen · 25/09/2014 19:34

I was wearing my pjs when our arrived last night at 9pm.

MrsDavidBowie · 25/09/2014 19:34

Unless you favour maribou trimmed mules and a negligee you'll be fine
I often answer the door to postie before 8 with pjs on and my 32 E breasts unfettered.

DurhamDurham · 25/09/2014 19:37

You can guarantee that when I am having a rare lazy morning and have stayed in my pj's the postman will have a parcel or something I need to sign for. I always have the urge to apologise, mainly because my dressing gown is a hideous leopard print fluffy thing. But I do love it so Smile

ithoughtofitfirst · 25/09/2014 19:46

I'm still in my pjs.
