Just heard this on the radio, can't believe it is so slow.

Aibu to think it should be double? I earn more than double this and in 30 years time when I'm 66 not sure I could exist on 113.

Carers should get an enhanced pension, they work 100 hours plus for a pittance and cannot join a works pension scheme .

I remember reading statistics somewhere that showed that the retirement areas such as Torquay had high levels of debt. maybe pensioners who seem to be managing are actually in debt???

Thank you for saying that. Having sympathy for pensioners who are struggling doesn't mean I have none left for young people.
