Deport foreign criminals

My judgment may be clouded....

I have name changed to protect myself and my sister.

My sister was ganged raped by Jamacian nationals before christmas last year.

Today we found out they have previous convictions and have been to prison before for violent offences.

If they had been deported the last time they offended by sister would be okay! She wouldn't of had the agony of waiting to find out if she had HIV. She wouldn't of been beaten do bad that we barely recognised her.

Surely if foreigners commit violent acts they should be sent home! Aibu?

Please be gentle, as a family we have had a horrendous day. She's now been diagnosed with cervical cancer.

Chickens- I am sorry to hear that this happened to your sister.

As well as supporting her, maybe you need to get some support or counselling for yourself. This must be an awful shock to all your family.

Foreign criminals are usually deported at the end of their sentences, unless there is a very compelling reason why they can't be, or there is an administrative delay eg. Their home country wont issue them with a passport.
