To wish my friend would stop using the phrase "frig me" all the time?

My friend constantly uses the phrase "frig me". For example if something bad has happened she'll say "frig me that's terrible!"

As I understood it frig means to masturbate and I find her constant usage of "frig me" vulgar.

Bugger me is much better than frig me imo, I'm with pp in that if I heard someone say frig me I would think of it literally, whereas bugger has been a mild swear word forever (hasn't it?!).

Just thinking maybe she doesn't and just thinks it's a cute not-swear word. I didn't realise what twat really meant, and was using it quite freely until someone pointed out that it was slang for vagina and therefore maybe not appropriate for all occasions.
