By official i mean where telling anyone not just close family.

I am in the early stages of third pregnancy. We told everyone when i was 8 weeks pregnant the first time and now have a beautiful 3 year old girl.

Second pregnancy only told my mum and hubby and found out at 3 month scan we had lost baby. Am pondering how long to hold off this time am currently 5 weeks

Thank you LuluJakey1. I should have guessed but DW was lucky enough never to have it. Nor to experience any desire for peculiar combinations of food.

Second pregnancy I was ill from virtually conception so work guessed; so I was treated as a nuisance for wanting statutory rights [a new employee was told, "xyz does this, abc does this, def does this... and Mylife is pregnant] and "why haven't you had the baby yet, we've known you were pregnant for nearly 9 months" Shock

First and third was a miscarriage so nothing to tell.

My boss: week before 12week scan, in order to get the time off.
Everyone else: afternoon of the 12 week scan.

Immediate family as soon as the line came up. Everyone else after the combined blood / scan results at 12ish weeks. I mc my second, picked up at the 12 week scan. At that point I was pretty open with everyone. It was very drawn out and I needed an erpc, I needed support.
