Cold sores the most annoying thing?

I can't give my dc's a kiss and if feels like it's 10ft tall, obviously it isn't but it's such a pain!!

What is your most annoying ailment you get?

hydrocortisone creamworks really well for coldsores not only in getting rid of them but preventing them - I used to get them all the time but almost never now I put hydroortisone cream on the corner of my mouth every day. Yes, cortisone thins the skin and it's no ideal using it every day but IMO totally worth it if it means no coldsores!
