I put a joint of meat in the slower cooker this was half for tea tonight and half for tomorrow had sorted the veg and taken some pre cooked mash out of the freezer.
I hadn't been feeling great so went up stairs for a bit of a lie down when I came back down my husband was home and making cauliflower cheese for tea. I asked why he was making tea when tea was already on he said the cauliflower cheese could be for tomorrow which I point out the meat was also for tomorrows tea and cauliflower cheese is best eaten fresh.
in the end we did eat what husband had prepared he's now in a sulk but I don't understand why he just didn't finish of the meal that had already been started.

Presumably you're happy to use the milk from tortured cows, whose male calves have been murdered at birth or sold for veal, to make the cheese sauce then? Not a vegan (or vegetarian) myself, but find it baffling that vegetarians are so appalled by eating flesh, yet perfectly happy to support the dairy industry.
