the park is in the middle of houses, and in this weather we all have our windows open.
lovely way to be woken, kids slamming the metal gate

All they're doing is playing and opening and closing the gate.
If they were screaming or being "antisocial" (apart from the hour) I this that would be different.
Just playing in the park. I don't see how that can be offensive tbh.
