Hope you enjoyed sorting out the bedroom. Last time we didn't get that far and sorted out the stairs instead. Fortunately no DC about :)
Perhaps it will be cooler next week and the dinner won't be spoiled again.

I can't believe my pfb was conceived in the summer.

Wouldn't dream of shagging in this heat now. Mind you i am 28 weeks pregnant which doesn't help.

tak1ngchances · 20/07/2014 13:17

Another pregnant one here (28.5 weeks). Am sleeping in a separate room to DH, even his breath makes me feel hotter!
Tolerance levels. Reaching all-time low

Mine gives me such a guilt trip if I suggest I sleep in the spare room. I wish he would understand how uncomfortable I am... it's not like I don't moan about it enough.

DefiniteMaybe · 20/07/2014 13:46

I hate this heat because the dizzy spells I've had since getting pregnant have morphed into being constantly dizzy.
I'm living in a fog of dizzy and I can't even moan about it in real life because people will make me phone the maternity unit and they'll either say bog off you hypochondriac or make me go in and it's at least 300 degrees in there.

Pobblewhohasnotoes · 20/07/2014 13:52

I hate it because I'm 37 weeks pregnant.

Eminybob · 20/07/2014 13:56

Because it makes my baby want to feed constantly at night.

ithoughtofitfirst · 20/07/2014 14:57

I take it all back. We just shagged. Men doing DIY ladies amirightoramiright?!

Cyclebump · 20/07/2014 15:01

I'm 34 weeks pg and feel like I'm about to combust with the heat. DH tried it on in his sleep the other night, he's like a human hot water bottle, he's lucky I didn't punch him awake. Even him putting a hand affectionately on my shoulder is too much.

I don't hate the heat (I'm not bothered hot/cold/hail or thunder) but I've got hot flushes (ancient) and I'm dreading this week because I'll have to fast and take mega-duty hospital laxitives before a "proceedure" (involves tubes and my Gastro tract- both ends Shock)

I'm going to be hot, whingey, weak and shitty. Literally Sad

Sallyingforth · 20/07/2014 15:57

It's counter-intuitive really, this feeling randy in the heat.

You'd think we would be programmed to get it together when it was cold and we had to shag snuggle up to keep warm.

Anyone know why this is?

ithoughtofitfirst · 20/07/2014 16:50

I wonder this too! Definitely more amorous in the winter in casa di ithoughtofitfirst
