He hasn't broken any of the rules set out in the welcome pack. The only one that comes potentially close to what he's doing is the one about behaving in a manner which may seriously offend other HM's or the viewing public and while it's uncomfortable viewing he's on the safe side of that line in my view.

It would however cover the repulsive repetitive shagging they're indulging in, in which case Kimberley too would be subject to a warning...

He's one of the most disturbing people I've ever seen on Big Brother and I've watched from very beginning. His behaviour shows massive red flags, and whilst I doubt the relationship with Kim will go anywhere after the show ends, I worry about any woman he dates in the future.
