To eat dd2's buttercream cake?

I bought it on Friday.

It's going to go off soon, maybe even in the next 5 minutes. I've asked if she wants it, she said "yes but only when I have the right top on and it's not clean" Confused

It's wrong to waste to food, isn't it? I should eat for the sake of humanity or something, yes?

I suspect that it has already gone off, and giving it to DD now could potentially result in food poisoning.

I would however take her to buy another one once she is wearing the right top!

I once ate a piece of birthday cake that my little sis brought home from a party and blamed my older sister. It was good cake but beware the tarnish on your soul! Wink

She caught me Sad

She is not my friend. I have told her I will wash her top and buy her another cake Grin

How old is she? Will she remember and hold it against you for ever? I used to eat quite a large percentage of DS's birthday cakes, party bag contents, Easter Eggs (for his own good obvs) but now he is too good at knowing EXACTLY what he has, down to the nearest hundred and thousand, damn him.

Ah, I see the damage is done ...

I've fixed the telly box for her to ease my conscience.

I am a bad, bad mother Sad

It was a very nice cake, though Grin

You were doing her a favour, testing it for poison and saving her from empty calories. She should be grateful Grin.
