Who is 21 months for dropping his tablet computer. If you , leave it on a chair within her reach than this is likely to happen
Mn jury what do you think?

Yadnbu

Happydaysatlastforthebody · 06/07/2014 23:04

He's an idiot and it's his fault.

Backtobedlam · 06/07/2014 23:04

YANBU, bless her, tell him off for being so careless and then blaming others!

CocktailQueen · 06/07/2014 23:06

Yep, yanbu. He is being a careless twat.

MrsKoala · 06/07/2014 23:10

It depends on the shouting. If, after it has happened he is ranting on at her then yanbu. If she has picked it up and is running around with it then i can understand shouting/saying loudly for her to put it down etc.

Our 21mo grabs things and breaks them. Particularly DH's glasses. I'm not sure what constitutes shouting, but we do say loudly 'NO' and 'LET GO' and 'THAT'S VERY NAUGHTY TO DO THAT'.

Passmethecrisps · 06/07/2014 23:11

HIAT - he is a twat

DH does this all the time but is shamed by dd (20 months) carefully presenting it to him every time saying "daddy's!"

It is not a child's fault if an adult toy gets broken because the adult has left it lying around

maras2 · 06/07/2014 23:11

YNBU.DH got the 'death stare' earlier today for daring to even think about telling DGD age 2 off for nearly dropping his ipad. He'd left it on a low table and she wanted grandad to play 'tumbletap' with her.For those lucky enough not to know, the tumbletap is Justin/Mr Tumble's tablet.:)

northandsouth4 · 06/07/2014 23:17

He shouted something like. Did you drop my kindle again? She did the same thing yesterday. You would think he would learn to leave it out of reach. She wasn't running around with it. Just picked it up and than dropped it. Well actually he also tried to blame our 7 year old for her getting it yesterday. Both dh and 7 year were sat on sofa with it.

Tell him to keep the bloody thing out of reach or buy him a kiddies cover seeing as he can't be trusted

northandsouth4 · 06/07/2014 23:18

O no not mr tumble. Fortunately dd not aware of him yet.
