Beethoven has always been an on-TV film and back to the future was set in prehistory (although we did have a marathon session of watching all of them when I was at uni).

Ah I went to see this for my 9th birthday. I also got a stuffed Beethoven which I still have :)

Can you imagine how brilliant a hoverboard would be??
That's the annoying thing about 'the future'. We're led to expect things like hover boards and Star Trek transporter travel and we actually get Facebook and loom bands and the XFactor. . What a let down.

I can make you feel old. I was born in the 90s. All my friends are married or have children. I have been ttc for 4 years with my fiance

Ah yes my iPad still blows my mind. I couldn't have imagined such a thing back in ye olden days. A Replicator would be handy too though

I remember a close friend travelling to Australia. We were talking about how great it would be if you could see each other when we phoned. That was 30 years ago.

now she is on fb daily taunting us all with tropical sunshine and we all whatsapp, message, face time etc. Tis marvellous.
