5yr old boy with fringe pulled back to show fairly minor graze to head, obviously JUST happened as has tears down face/in eyes and facial expression crying. Holding drink of water and a tissue.

FFS if you MUST photograph it at least bloody wait until he has stopped crying and comfort him instead of taking photos and posting "my poor baby :( xxx"

I took a pic of my daughter when she cut her leg open last week.

After she arrived in A&E that is and we had been waiting for over two hours. The nurse asked if I had a picture and I said I hadn't and my dd asked me to take one to show her nanny. I wouldn't have taken one while it was happening as it didn't cross my mind until the nurse asked.

I took one the following morning after it was butterflyed to show a nurse friend that I was worried about how it was closed up and that did go on FB as well because a few people asked about it.

I would never take a photo and post it on Facebook while my child was still crying or post on the way to A&E. I also don't post pictures of my children looking sad because they are ill.

I've seen facebook updates from ambulances. I am no longer FB contacts with these strange specimens.

It seems intrusive to post up a photo of a distressed child, whether that be because of a tantrum or injury. I wonder how an adult would like it if their partner posted a photo up of them when they were upset? I also wonder what children will think when they are adults about their parents constantly posting up photos of them and baring all about them on social media
