to think that most parents who smoke now don't do so round their kids?

There seems to have been a cultural change over the past decade or so where parents who smoke are most likely to step outside to do it, whereas a generation ago they were more likely to spark up indoors? Am I right? Are more people acting to minimise their children's passive smoking?

This morning I have seen a Mum smoking in car with baby and child strapped in the back and another smoking pushing a pushchair and walking with children.

I think more education about the effects of smoking after the cigarette is put out is needed also the non visible smoke. That advert with a baby in the room and Mum smoking by the the open door was brilliant.

I think most people do go outside. I only know one person who still smokes in her house but it definitely isn't the norm now.
