It is interesting to watch the builders next door. Today they are hacking up the left over concrete they put next to the skip.

It is really amusing to see the speed they are working at. It is not amusing to think it is the tax payers money funding mr laurel and hardy next door, their employer is the council.

They made concrete all day yesterday, overestimated how much they needed, dumped it next to the skip. Today they are busy hacking it up and throwing the pieces into the skip. Makes perfect sense.

I wonder what they will do tomorrow.

Oh, also I have a friend who works as an electrician for one of the companies that used to be council, they got tuped over and now the council contracts to the private company.

Anyway, he's a lazy guy and his workmates are lazy. It's endemic. They do everything they can to scam the clocking in and out and job system. If they get to a job at 4.15 they will say they need a different part and fuck off because they don't want to work past their 4.30 home time even if the job would only take them 20 mins.

I love my friend, but I hate his attitude to work.
