To think the MN cookbook name is really really crap?

Admittedly I have a bit of a 'thing' about those yellow abominations that masquerade as foodstuff but it's a crap name and has put me off even looking at said cookbook.

And I know that now the whole of MNHQ will be sad now but it had to be said.

Hate the title but the book is really good actually - way better than the title suggests. Accessible but not totally obvious, and a good tone to the introductions to each recipe.

Absolutely not a fan of the title though - cannot believe nobody could have thought of a better one.

it is a terrible name for a cook book, I hate bananas, but I do like banana bread. so long as I can get someone else to peel and mash the slimy wee bastards
