I wish they would stop messing with gmtv :(
Watching the new new one this morning and its horrendous, and who is the blonde lady? Why is she there? Why are they taking turns to read the news?
Disclaimer - I know that on the scale of things this is fairly unimportant, but I do miss Kate.

At the risk of outing myself, KG lives on my road. Not the she sticks her head out the door much, but then I expect she's sleeping off the 4am starts.

I don't watch Daybreak/GMTV, but I feel sorry for her. She gets to hold the fort whenever the "new, exciting" format and presenters go down like a turd soufflé with the viewing public. Then she gets shoved aside when they opt for the next "new, exciting" format and presenters until the viewing figures plummet (and repeat)

I really miss "the Big Breakfast'
That was genuinely fun to watch, can't remember the name of the Irish puppets though?
Why are they even bothering to put a 'magazine' style show together in the morning?
I'm sticking with Milkshake for the foreseeable.

GMTV was becoming unwatchable for me. Who on EARTH thought that Aled fucking Jones would be a good presenter? Can't bear Lorraine, either with her inane repetition of every sentence. Had the misfortune to sit through the most appalling piece of bias when she "interviewed" Michael Jackson's doctor and then Amanda Knox. I have no particular loyalty to either of them, but her questioning was nothing short of disgraceful.
And then she finished the Conrad Murray one by saying "I just feel so SO sorry for the children." (said twice, for effect, with Aled nodding in agreement). Er... yes, and it's his fault that those 3 kids had the most fucked-up upbringing on the planet long before Conrad Murray was even on the scene? And how was her opinion relevant anyway?

Kate Garraway irritates me, and I can't get over the fact that she's married to that idiot bloke whose name escapes me.

New format can only be an improvement, although I'm not sure of the relevance of Andi Peters holding a microphone up to a butcher in Leeds while he said hello to everyone who knows him.

I'm with Lottie on this, can't stand KG! I think she's a crap presenter and there's nothing likeable about her whatsoever imo. I prefer Lorraine Kelly to Kate, that's how deep seated my loathing is for Kate.

The only one i dislike more than KG is Crawla(Carla) Romano who used to do the entertainment on GMTV..............She was horrendous!!!

I switched the tv on this morning and thought I'd put it on the wrong channel. I tried to turn over then realised that it was on itv, in my defence I don't do mornings.

I wasn't too keen on it but only saw about 10 minutes of it before having to leave for work. I'll give it some time before deciding whether to defect to the BBC or not.

Kate is now presenting the lottery on a saturday night. I think she must have a new hairdresser as her hair looks so much better now whereas before it looked really thick and as if she had too much of it.

I liked Aled.

New show is trying to be all American, like the Today show with all that flitting from desk to chairs and the annoying ticker for 'breaking news' which today reported on such important items as George Clooney's engagement and One Direction's new video.

Susannah whatsit is annoying. The whole thing was annoying.
