Not ever.

How does one knit a rabbit anyway?

She sounds so cute :)

How old is dd1? Presumably you buy the tenners back at a cut rate Wink

AgentZigzag · 21/04/2014 02:57

Bless her, I used to have nightmares and get attached to stuff so I feel for her.

They both sound as though they keep you on your toes great fun.

D0oinMeCleanin · 21/04/2014 02:58

Dd1 is 10. I now swap all of dd2's £5 notes for coins, she likes coins. Dd1 is banned from selling things to anyone without my expressed permission.

She will be leader of the world one day, of that I am certain.

The Mother of the Leader of the World gets wine on tap.

So I've heard.

My dog ate Teddy. The one that I had in my cot. I was 16 but I still cried. He was in poor condition but lived for ten years in a jam jar before I got a grip and threw him out (teddy, not the dog). I expect that's why I can't sleep tonight.

.....and I was bitten by a duck.

Let her choose a new one from somewhere online. Ds(3) is 7 and loves buying online takes after his spendthrift mother

D0oinMeCleanin · 21/04/2014 04:38

Dd2 was once cornered by geese. It was Devil Dog's fault. I was concentrating so much on commanding him not to eat the ducks in front of the school children I forgot about dd2 and her seeds until I heard "Mummy. Big ducks. Help me" She was surrounded by not so friendly geese and was quickly running out of geese friendly seed Grin

I bet that is what caused the nightmare.

We cannot look online in front of dd1. We will have to do it stealthily. DD2 is not good at stealth, learning to knit may prove to be the easier choice Hmm

Actually I should point out I was no longer in my cot at 16. If I had been it would have been more difficult for the dog to get Teddy.

The duck was at Chapmore End. Does anyone know it (Chapmore End, not the duck) I don't even know where it is now ?Hertfordshire. I think I was about 7.

....and I haven't even had wine, just sleep depravation.

Crochet is easier than knitting imo. I've made several crochet bunnies!
