To wonder where all the bobbles go?

Every couple of months i buy a 20(or so- not sure) pack of hair bobbles. There is only me that wears them and i only tie my hair up at home, not if i'm going out of the house. So where do they all go? Is the dog creating a giant hair bobble ball for the Guinness book of records? Confused

I've bought hundreds of these for dd over the years. We often spend our mornings looking for one of the damn things - well, that and the hairbrush (of which we should have half a dozen by now - sometimes some success with these down sides of sofa)

Last time we were clothes shopping in H&M I suggested to dd that we buy another pack of them, but no, apparently they're cheaper in the school shop.

So, roll on Tuesday and we'll be facing a new term of hair bobble challenge every morning Grin

Glaikit I started reading this thinking 'bobble plate' but then wasn't sure if anyone else would remember it! :)

My bobbles only last a few weeks. I keep one on my wrist when it's not in my hair (so I always know where one is), then when it goes all stretchy/saggy chuck it and get a new one out. I don't have a bobble plate but a drawer for all the unused ones and hairclips, slides etc

They go to the same place as the odd socks. Grin

My DDs are the same with bobbles. They have their hair up for school and every half term I have to buy another pack of 100 bobbles. Drives me nuts and costs a small fortune.

bobble plate

I have two long haired girls and me with almost waist length hair.

I keep a bobble round my wrist at all times to make sure I have one!

am Shock at how old the bobble plate thread is.

I have been on MN for too long....

Each night, while you sleep, evil pixies invade your house to steal your hair bobbles.

They do this to perform witchcraft with the random strands of hair which are always attached to the bloody things.

I must buy the equivalent of a small nation's GDP in hair bobbles each year. I ALWAYS put them in either (a) the tiny and ridiculous drawer in my dressing table, into which nothing else will fit or (b) the zippy pocket in my day bag. When I am stumbling about the house at 0400 getting ready to go to work, do you think I can find a fucking bobble? No, No I can't. I can however hear little evil pixie sniggerings coming from under the sofa or my bed.

I may be hallucinating the sniggering. 0400 is stupidly early.
