To think that dandelion and burdock drink/juice is the vilest concoction known to man?

Yeeuch....cannot get the taste out of my mouth

I normally buy sparkling water or ribena with my lunch, but I thought about buying something different for a change

YABU, it's lovely! Right up there with root beer for me, but I bet you don't like that either!

I hate liquorice and aniseed,which is what it tastes like to me,but it's not that bad IMHO. I could drink some of it.

It's not nearly as disgusting as root beer though. Now that is one of the worst drinks ever created.

Cream soda is lovely! Ginger beer is even better though.

Oh I love D&B and I do love root beer too bu wouldn't thank you for cola :)

Oh and I think that cream soda smells and tastes of minced steak - YUCK maybe my taste buds are fucked up!

I think they are,Red. It tastes like vanilla,certainly not minced steak.

Delicious memories of childhood

It's a bit like liquid aniseed yum yum yum with fish and chips yum yum.

Dandelion and burdock is nothing like aniseed! (I hate aniseed but love dandelion and burdock.)
Dandelion and burdock evokes great childhood memories and takes me right back to childhood.
Memories of the 'pop man' bringing glass bottles of it along with the milk!

Was it real Dandelion and Burdock (i.e. Fentimans) or was it the stuff with artifical flavour? The real stuff is lovely, the fake stuff is yuk.

Dandelion & Burdock is such an interesting name. I don't know what I was expecting but not Wrigley's Juicy Fruit in liquid form.

No I love it! It's the same as vimto, nearly.

It's absolutely disgusting. As are Vimto, Dr Pepper and Irn Bru.

I love the stuff.

I've never had root beer, Tizer, Vimto or Dr Pepper. My mouth is practically a virgin.

D& B is lush, especially the fentimans version like world says, but I'll drink any.

I also love Dr Pepper. Recently tried going back to my childhood and bought some cream soda - arrghh! Absolutely rank!

for those of you who like dr pepper, try equal measures of amaretto; stella and coke for a delicious alcoholic version

Cream soda is even worse, I'd forgotten that. I'm also not keen on Fentimans lemonade, but will drink it.
