Sorry for the aibu but my soup is nearly ready. Ds3 has always been refluxy and on and off had green mucusy nappies but after a yoghurt a few days ago made him really poorly for 24 hours I'm trialling lactose free. The difference has been amazing but I don't know what to eat!! I love cheese and chocolate!
