We have new neighbours and a shared drive. They usually park on the road because it's difficult to get in and out. For the last 2 years the house next door has been empty and we've got used to having the drive to ourselves.

Last night NDN parked on the drive blocking my car in.

Then he knocked on the door, asked me if I needed to get out, could he leave it there overnight and told me to knock on if I needed to get out any sooner.

Inconsiderate bastard. I could have FROTHED and FUMMED and had a 1000 post rant and he had to ruin it by being polite and bloody reasonable.

I know how you feel. I received an utterly reasonable wedding invitation not long ago :(

Some time ago, I wen to buy a new car. I was expecting the usual treatment "But don't you want to ask your husband if he agrees? He wants to see what he's paying for, after all, he he. And sure you want that one, we have a really nice smaller model in, suitable for women, easy to park!"
Would have made an excellent ranty thread for Women's Rights. But nothing! Nothing, I tell you. Was treated like a human, not a single sexist comment. Meh.

Ooh I'm looking at a car minibus for my 4 this afternoon. Hopefully will get a chance to pull a catsbum face and raise eyebrows etc etc!
