To want to shit the bed

DH has had to work away from home this week leaving me and the DC at home. Unfortunately he got poorly last night, pooed the bed in the middle of the night. He was lucky because it's a room with two beds so he merely (went to toilet first!) switched beds and crawled back to sleep. Now he has taken the day off work and gets to lounge about in bliss and clean sheets, watch TV and order room service.

AIBU to be jealous! Grin

He's telling me he is feeling really rough -diddums--

This happened to my dh last year on holiday- again a very small amount. I flushed it in the loo then ran the shower on hot and we squirted soap on the sheet and let the water run through at maximum pressure. It was spotless. We put it over the radiator and it was dry when we got back from breakfast. As the saying goes...shit happens.

I get what you are saying OP.

I would love to hide out in a hotel room with room service and peace when I'm ill.

I was a teeny bit jealous of a friend who recently spent 2 nights in hospital after gallbladder surgery (different country) because I'd had to come straight home after mine and face the kids!

Ah, so it wasn't exactly Trainspotting then?
