YANBU but it is very funny to attach them to male friends cars, especially when they work in a very macho environment and don't notice them for a couple of days ... 2 years on, one is still known as 'lashes'

they're just a bit of fun surely. Wouldn't the world be boring if nobody did anything fun just in case other people thought it was ridiculous.

I'm a right humourless old crone when it comes to cars. Giving them "cute" names, eyelashes, soft toys on the parcel shelf, 'amusing' stickers especially when they obscure a window...come the revolution, anyone who indulges in any of these things will be made to walk everywhere. In the rain. With flip flops on. And no umbrella.

This is one of those things I can't get myself worked up about. I tried, I really did - I saw a car with eyelashes and I tried so hard to be angry, I think I pulled something I was straining so hard.... but nope. Can't find the anger.

I also think toys and dressing up and names for cars is insane.

I wonder why stop at eyelashes. Why not have HD eyebrows or comedy breasts (ala Blackadder) or a giant wig on the roof, or even a spray car-tan
