it is for arse hole worms awareness day.

Now I have posted this please all tell me what a kind caring person I am for this and how the world is now free of bum dwelling worms because of it.

Thanks!

I nominate you all to share your arses too.

It's cropping up in my feeds now too, not my friends doing it but being tagged in selfies from others IYSWIM.

ONE of my other friends has simply posted "cancer awareness" as a status and has gone up immeasurably in my estimation.

Bloody stupid trend - almost as bad as the guys at the train station raising money for a cancer awareness fund; not to raise money to fight cancer, just to raise awareness of it. So bloody pointless really! Angry

Normalisavariantofcrazy · 19/03/2014 06:57

I may use your arsehole analogy on my feed.

My nan has bowel cancer and my uncle died of osoephageal cancer - both of which have low detection and low survival rates.

Is if wrong to say I'm bored of breast cancer getting all the headlines?

FrancesNiadova · 19/03/2014 06:59

AHWAD, can I get a badge? Biscuit~°

Ohwhatfuckeryisthis · 19/03/2014 07:07

I think it would piss people off get more attention if you had a nice picture of a puppy and a vaguely aggressive message like "if you don't click this the puppy will get arsehole worms AND DIE, YOU BASTARD and the world will know it"

TheDoctrineOfSnatch · 19/03/2014 07:10

I opened the thread to see if giraffes had posted it.

And she had!

Titsalinabumsquash · 19/03/2014 10:07

Sorry to leave you so long wondering about crimping.

When I was working in a salon, we would often get young ladies and men coming in for bottom hole bleaching to make it nice and shiny and clean for their partners. (Please note, I didn't do this treatment, that was another lucky persons job!)

After a while we started seeing people coming in with jewellery in situ in the arsehole, piercings, diamonds etc etc.

Then we had a spate of them coming in and asking if we did crimping Confused which is where the skin all around the hole is clamped in a zigzag type thing until the 'crimp' pattern is permanent.

We didn't do any of these things but apparently it was all the rage for a while. ConfusedShock

UriGeller · 19/03/2014 10:10

Worra I clicked thinking there might be a photo. I feel cheated.

ViviPru · 19/03/2014 10:11

I have 411 FB friends and I'm quite an active user. I have not had ONE nomination. The few barefaced selfies on my time-line come complete with links to the NHS Clear on Cancer page and redirections to where and how to donate.

I feel this is some kind of validation of my choice of acquaintance and general all-round excellence as a human being.

hardbeingme · 19/03/2014 10:14

my (grown up) nephew's male friend has posted a pic of himself without make up, there are about 20 gushing 'hunni you look so good' comments underneath, and 5 accusing him of only pretending to be au natural. Grin

MargotLovedTom · 19/03/2014 10:14

Anal crimping?! Dear God. What tool would one use for that little procedure? Why would you want a bum hole that looked like Toyah in the 80s?

Loopylouu · 19/03/2014 10:15

I woke up to 4 'nominations' this morning.

I am just going to donate a fiver instead. I detest all this crap.

Ploppy16 · 19/03/2014 10:26

Did anybody else click the thread title and close their eyes?
I am so tempted do this on my FB page, the make up free faces have been creeping onto my feed and anybody who nominates me will a) get pointed in the direction of my pictures because most of them are me with no make up on and b) get told they are being ridiculous.

littleballerina · 19/03/2014 10:27

Since 7am this morning I have 21 bare faced pictures showing on my newsfeed.

Two mentioned donating to cancer research. Just two.

In between these posts are pictures of my aunt trying out her new wigs, scarfs and hats. She is brave, she is making me aware, not people without their daily lashings of mascara.

A friend is laying in a hospice, he's fought for years and is such a stubborn man that I know he'll be giving the nurses a hard time. He is brave.

Another friend passed away two weeks ago after an 18 month battle. She has two young children. She was brave.

littleballerina · 19/03/2014 10:27

Ps, I am now going to check for worms.

TheTerribleBaroness · 19/03/2014 10:27

I am really offended by your post, Giraffes. I find it discriminatory and shows a complete lack of empathy for other people's situations. I am a budgie and only have the one hole for everything including my eggs. Showing your arsehole makes me feel worthless and undervalued by society.

TheTerribleBaroness · 19/03/2014 10:30

Sorry, inappropriate cross post with littleballerina there.

Bifauxnen · 19/03/2014 10:32

Do you want it with or without make-up?

BigRedBall · 19/03/2014 10:34

Thanks giraffe for raising awareness of this terrifying ailment. If my post gets 100000000 likes my DH said he'd pull out an arsehole worm from his arsehole live on YouTube to raise awareness. Come on people show him we care.

1 like = 1 prayer from the arsehole worm affected.
1 comment = 10 prayers for the arsehole worm affected.
No likes = may your arse be infected with arsehole worms.

littleballerina · 19/03/2014 10:42

Baroness, don't apologise! I'm sorry that you only have one hole.

firstbaby01 · 19/03/2014 10:47

I woke up with 3 nominations this morning, I donated a 5 er and posted a screen shot of my donation instead nominating everyone on my friends list to donate even if it's just 10p. Guess how many people on my news feed have done the same? none!

BuzzardBird · 19/03/2014 10:48

Surely all arse holes are crimped? Confused

Manchesterhistorygirl · 19/03/2014 10:49

Do what I did, post selfie, make donation and put that on status too then it's also raising money instead of just putting a silly picture up.

patienceisvirtuous · 19/03/2014 11:20

BigRedBall '1 comment = 10 prayers for the arsehole worm affected' :o
