To let my 15 week old baby take all naps on me or in pram ?

She will only sleep in pram being pushed around, or on me after a few mins of rocking. Can't put her down as she wakes and then is wide awake, doesn't settle herself well as when I lay her down she appears awake again even if starting to look sleepy!
When would be reasonable to think she might grow out of this or do I need to give her a bigger helping hand?

With my older dc I trained them from 8 weeks to sleep in the cot...It was often stressful & it felt wrong but it was considered the norm.

dc6 is asleep on me as I type this!

My youngest will be 2 at the weekend and has only ever napped either in the sling or in the buggy.

That works for me tbh - it means if we're out and about she can sleep on the go, with no need to be settled in her cot. If no plans to go out I pop her in the buggy, walk around the block, then park the buggy in the house and she stays asleep in it.

With two older children who need to be at school/preschool etc I found it much easier for her nap to be on the move rather than in her cot.

Also the SIDS guidelines of in the room with you til 6 months is the case for naps. So actually sleeping on you or in something portable is quite convenient, unless you want to sit in her room with the cot all the time.

My ds was like this. He napped on me until he was about 18 months then he got too heavy so we'd get in the big bed and he'd lie next to me and id pat his back . If you're happy to do it then go for it, I really miss those snuggles now.

Oh and I used to prepare for nap time so I'd go to the toilet first (and not have anything to drink before hand). Then I'd get comfy on the sofa-lots of pillows to prop up on, snack and tv remote to hand etc. Sounds a bit crazy but it was a lovely time. Luckily ds was my first child, you wouldn't be able to do it if you had a toddler to watch too !

Mine does this too, I think they are only little for a short time so why not?!

Whatever works for you and baby is best.

You wont end up with an 18 year old napping on you or in a pram. People get so obsessed about babies sleeping in the right placer/time/way. When they are little it really doesn't matter.

Enjoy a snuggle for me, ds is 16 months and has preferred his cot for the last 4 or so - I miss the passed-out-milky-drunk cuddles although I quite like the new I Can Get Stuff Done phase too :)

DD still this way at seven months. I don't mind as I plan my day around her naps and I selfishly love our 1-2 hour co-nap everyday
