All of the sport relief adverts point to the fact that it is easy and you do not need to train hard to raise money for sport relief.
Why on earth then is a celebrity who has never rock climbed in her life taking on this hellish task, sleeping overnight for two nights until she gets to the top?

Davina nearly managed to kill herself by swimming in a lake that bans people swimming in it in the winter because its too dangerous.
Why do they have to go to such extrememes? Does anyone actually find it entertaining? Whats next year, walking on the sun?

Yes, its a mere. Going off at a tangent, there is only one lake in the Lake District!

I'm a bit ambivalent about all the big efforts for Sports Relief etc too. I support Children in Need because where I work has directly benefited from funding (and those children fund-raise too). But otherwise I prefer supporting smaller personally chosen charities.

She's going to die. This is the route. Multiday aid climbing with Raynaud's?

ThatBloodyWoman · 19/03/2014 22:32

She won't die.
But it's gonna sting if she takes a plunge....

I would want my brown safety pants on.

RaspberryLemonPavlova is indeed right out of the 94 bodies of water officially listed in the lake district (although there are many more that aren't) there is only technically one lake in the lake district which is Bassenthwaite

It's not technically a difficult climb at all, just long.
