CouthyMow for a long time I DIDNT have that and had to take the brunt of it at work...

Bottom line is if he is infectious he can't go to school and if I can't find anyone else to have him I need to do it regardless of the consequences...

Inertia is right though... We are all have all those rights to all those things

As an employer I go without mat leave and do a lot of childcare juggling when mine are ill so that employees can have their mat leave and time off with kids. Looks better being an employee!!
