Is it just attention seeking? (I suspect in many cases it is.)

Are they unable to find the appropriate forums?

Should there be an entire forum devoted to 'look at this piece of piss-soaked plastic'?

I'm with you OP. It's like idiots' corner in the sixth form common room.

I love the tension of the Piss on the Stick and always want it to be positive if that is what the couple are hoping for. I can't believe I squint to see the colour of the bloody line. But it does take you close the tension of it all. Non of my friends have shared their Poas with me.

Though I feel sorry for the ladies trying so hard to conceive and some of the poas threads must be upsetting.

We have been ttc since oooh, about the last Ice Age, and I like the poas threads because they give me hope.

Personally I hate wedding threads.... My MIL wants to wear red shoes that will clash with the bouquet on the top table, AIBU to go NC? My BFF knows I'm getting married in 2016 but she has announced her engagement for an adjacent year, AIBU to feel teary? Etc....

So, just don't read them!

It's chat, so people can chat about what they want imo. This is a bit of a mean thread.

At least they're buying tests, and not expecting random people on the internet to diagnose a pregnancy based on a list of imaginary symptoms.

It absolutely is attention seeking.
