I am so wound up by this company I want to scream.
I ordered 2 very expensive lights in December . One was complete, the other arrived missing the section that attaches it to the ceiling.
2 months later, multiple e mails, diagrams and pictures- still no missing part.
They don't seem to be able to comprehend what I am telling them THERE IS A FUCKING PART MISSING.
And I can't speak to them in the phone, or email them directly.
And I'm nearly £200 down and still no complete item.

Do I win for worst customer service ever?

Aaaah that feels a bit better now.

I've given up with them now. I asked for a partial refund and I would try and source the missing part myself. They want receipts for what I buy then they will consider it.
Just give me 10% off and you've saved yourself a load of hassle and costs in courier fees.
The maddest customer service I've ever known.
Other than first utility but that's a whole new thread.

I have had numerous extremely BAD experiences with ACHICA ( I have been slow to learn and kept using them because I liked their product ranges. that is, when they get items to me in one piece, if at all!) I have tried to correct my address with ACHICA 9 times (they miss out the village name and I always get calls from 'lost' delivery drivers). They always promise to update the address, mark my query as 'resolved’ and then do nothing. They will not speak to me, things arrive piecemeal, broken and in part sets. If you order a set of things, you want all of it. Not to have to pay to return some matching items because Achica could not fulfil the whole order. I am just trying to get them to collect my latest order and close my account because my patience has been tested beyond it's limit. A real shame because they could have been a great business but I could never in a million years recommend ACHICA to anybody. Totally hopeless service.

I am having a real problem trying to find a phone number or a straight-forward email address to try and get an answer to the non-delivery of my first order with ACHICA! Is there anything more annoying than not being able to do something THIS simple? Can anyone help?

I've found achica hit and miss...but have to say I wouldn't order any big furniture from them

First Utility - they didn't take any payments from me until account had reached £650...then they wanted to take it all in one go - so I cancelled my DD. I have then spent SIX MONTHS trying to get them to take payment. All the time getting shitty emails from them about my account.

I finally resorted to emailing the whole exec team

Got a reply within 24 hours
Go figure

I have used them a few times and found them ok. A chest of drawers arrived damaged so I emailed and they arranged pick up. Ditto a mirror. Then I changed my mind about another mirror outside the return period and they still arranged pick up and didn't charge me.

DH hates me ordering from them so I don't anymore - he reckons the quality is not great.

And at the moment in our house award for worst service ever goes to Vodafone. Unbelievable. Just unbelievable. DH has spent days trying to sort it. Entire days.
