I know it's a small spelling mistake. But still.

I'd assume the website designers got someone to proof read their website.

I often ponder how professionally produced signs ever get past the front desk with their bad grammar and typos. And that's just high-street crappy shops.

But a DESIGN COMPANY?!?!:?

I know a signwriter for shops who once tried to correct the spelling on a sign and was asked not to by the shopkeeper. Apparently it was intentionally wrong as that way they regularly got someone coming into the shop to tell them it was wrong and more often than not they would stay and buy something.

This is very different though and isn't a good advert!

Designers aren't always copywriters, and vice-versa.

My DP is a designer, he's also dyslexic. He often doesn't realize how bad his spelling is, and writes stuff for his website, which I have to hastily correct. Bless him.

No. But if I ran a design company, I would check I had a good design and that the web designer had spelt things correctly.
