What are avatars and WTF are tickers? I was on the phone to my friend with turrets (those phone calls brighten up my night ) and he pissed himself at tickers. Are we talking torrents or little tickers or neither of the above?

I'm always misusing the one - because I just love the face and want for some reason to raise an eyebow, but I don't mean it as strongly as "sceptical" - wouldn't it break talk guidelines to be sceptical anyway?
