sorry for any typos, Im on my phone.
i would love a fringe to jazz up my hair a bit but i have a round, possibly even a bit of a chubby face. can i still do it or will i look like big moon face? Grin
My hair is just part my shoulders if this makes a difference.
Any help with this first world problem appreciated!

could you do a side fringe? Christina ricci has a big ol' face and she looks nice with a fringe

I suppose i could have a side fringe but i find them a bit faffy and am thinking all or nothing iyswim? previously Ive cut it myself but would get a hairdresser to do it this time!

I just cut a fringe, but I have an oval shape face.
Maybe go through a few pictures of the round face shape to get an idea.

I read that as "I can't have a fridge with my round face" and just of the back of an other thread about women's hair length being dictated by their age I was all "OMG, this body fascist thing has gone way too far!".

On sober reflection I see this is about hair. My advice would be to go to the best hairdresser you can find and ask them to cut you a fringe that would suit you. The great thing about fringes is, unless you get it cut into the roots, if you don't like it you can just clip it back and grow it out. Go for it, I say (and buy a fridge as well Grin)

I have a perfectly round face and am possibly the laziest person in the world about my hair - my idea of styling it is to let it dry in the car by turning the heaters up to the max.

However I have now been rocking a graduated side fringe for many years and it looks fab and requires zero maintenance from me.

Go to a new hairdresser and ask them for ideas.

Try a side fringe. A full on fringe does make your face look rounder.

Another vote for side fringe.

Yy to a side fringe! Or I think you could have a nice wispy normal fringe too, just not too thick or blunt cut as this could accentuate a round face.
