To eat breakfast now to save time in the morning

I'm trying to adjust to being back at work after a 3 year baby-break, and I'm struggling with getting out of the house at 7.30.
I have had a shower and washed my hair, made my lunch, laid out my clothes, and am now soaking some oats for porridge, but maybe I should just cook and eat it now?

You could be like in ye olden days where everybody went to bed when it got dark. Do you have a husband? other children? You're time-tabling the day so time-table the evening:
4pm - gets dark
5pm - eat (early) supper
7pm - other kids in bed
7.30pm - shag husband once a week
7.35pm - go to bed

Oh I see lots of people recommend a plastic cup of smoothie in the fridge. Check out this for smoothie ideas:

And if you like bacon egg mcmuffins these are also good. They do work best reheated in an oven (freeze wrapped in foil and pop into oven) so I only would have these if I was showering in the morning. Overalls actually more faffy than smoothie or healthy oat muffin thing. Would say toast the muffin if you're going to nuke in microwave to reheat and don't toast if using oven.
