Is it possible? Don't wish to get into the healthy vs unhealthy way of losing weight but just that really. Top tips, exercise plans or straight points on how I can do that and I will come and report back to you in 5, 10, 15 and 20 days on how it has been!!!

Serious food poisoning might do it.

Yes it is very possible - grief/stress did it for me (and some!). But now the stress has eased off I actually can't hold food down - it goes straight through me. I really really don't advise it! I have zero energy and a permanently dodgy tummy. I think I may have permanently ruined my ability to enjoy food. Although, on a positive note I no longer seem to get hypoglycaemic anymore!

Try this?

That could help it'll be hard and you'll no doubt out it back on if you don't eat correctly afterwards!

Is it idiotic diet day on here or something?
Was just about to ask the same thing

Am I the only one now trying to weigh my head on my weighing scales?

Grin

How does a bucket help you weigh your head?
I got as far as bucket on head, then what??....The only thing I can come up with is, that you still look like a twat trying to balance head with the added extra of the bucket on the scales! Hmm Grin

The Marie Antoinette diet, eh ?

I've heard you don't get yoyo problems with that one.

It's possible.

Drink and eat literally nothing but water and laxatives. When you get to the point where you can't stand up without fainting, stop with the laxatives and start taking Dioralyte.

Do three spinning classes, or a minimum of 3 hours cardio work, every day, at your local gym.

I look forward to hearing your updates, probably from hospital after about day 7.

i once lost 7 kg in a week using chinese slimming pills called magic slim. Unlucky for you, they are not sold in the UK. However someone in the US has tried the Dr. OZ recommended onces called Garcinia Cambogia and reports that they "work" fast.

Or amphetamines, would do a similar trick.

Report
YouTheCat · 03/01/2014 14:14

Not sold in the UK because they are untested and dangerous.

Our bodies are not designed to lose that amount of weight in such a short time frame (unless ill to begin with) because it is dangerous.

Ditch all carbs and you will lose a stone in 28 days. It's really hell for three days, then just hell for two weeks and then it's ok as your appetite would have drastically reduced.

Go on The biggest loser.
Or to follow their methods, eat 1500 calories ,low carb, per day. Train like a professional athlete for 6 or 7 hours per day. If you need help with this then pay a PT a lot of money to scream abuse at you until you break down and cry. A trip to A+E with heat stroke /exhaustion / breathing difficulty is an optional extra.
