I bought something from EBay and it arrived in shocking condition.

Raised a case as not as described and got masses of rude emails via EBay during the case. Escalated for EBay to decide and they decided very easily with a lot of apology about the rudeness (no idea why, not their fault) in the case resolution in my favour.

The nasty, rude, exceptionally aggressive seller stupidly left her photograph in the pocket of the shoddy goods.

Shall I return it with a giant knob drawn on the photo ?

And the photo is of a young woman (which she is) with a nationality in the photo which the name of the seller matches.

Sure it could be a grumpy dead sister but it's unlikely since it was the sellers bag (has other things like a student id with her name on with no photo)
