It's Syne.

NOT Zyne.

Thank you.

Auld Year's night or Hogmany, and often ne'er day for the 1st round here (East Lothian). And Wee Eck will stay out of my willie waught if he knows what's good for him.

Remember to open the door at midnight to let the auld year out too...

Definitely not "for the sake of old lang zine"
Just "for auld lang syne"
For the sake of really bugs me for some reason!

Definitely auld year's night. Or Hugmanay.
Auld Lang Syne is a drunken dirge.
Hate with a passion all the crap around New Year. Like people expect to wake up on Jan 1st/2nd to a shiny new bright world, when really its just the same as a any other sodding day but with a hangover.

Ignore me - I have New Year issues Grin

Gary Barlow seemed to be singing "for the sake of old Lang Zyne" also I didn't notice Willie waughting but he was singing very fast so may have missed it.

We did first footing, but havet no coal. No suggestion of a fire lighter was shot down as 'you're not taking this seriously are you?!'

I hate auld langa whatever and the associated enforced hand holding.

I am also drunk and watching my MIL dance to come on Eileen. So IDGAF if you are being U. Happt New Year folks.
