Is this enough? I though it was but just read on the interweb you should give them 1 weeks pay. She gets 20£ a week. WIBU with £10 bonus on top of the £20?

I clean for a lady. I get £20 a week. Last week she gave me £30, I was very happy with that.

I am said cleaner did not expect a bean but received wine, quality street and 15 quid.. not all from same client. I did not expect anything and I am over the moon x

I always give a weeks pay in a Christmas card.

raisah · 23/12/2013 22:54

I bought cm £30 vouchers as she does a good job looking after my dc. £30 is half her daily rate but it's all I can afford to give at the moment. It is the thought that counts rather than the monetary value.

for the posters that say "I don't get a bonus" I expect though you get paid holiday don't you?

trixymalixy · 24/12/2013 00:18

I did a week's pay. They were clearly happy with that as the standard of cleaning was noticeably better!
