I have the hump. No reason, just inexplicably ready to bite someone's head off. Both children are in bed, DH was watching something on TV that was boring me to tears so have taken myself and my grump off upstairs

Every 5 minutes husband is up here - "cheer up" "stop being so moody" "are you sulking?"

I'm fine. Really. I just have the hump and constantly telling me to cheer up isn't helping.

I just want to be aloooonnnnnneeeee

I would just scowl at him next time he cheerily puts his head round the door, we all need a bit of peace to sulk now and again, was going to say cheer up lovey but im scared Grin

Grin I might have to kill him if he tells me to cheer up again

I just want to strop and watch The Choir final in peace

Keep scowling.
Hope you feel smiley tomorrow.

Leave the door slightly ajar, and balance a heavy ornament on top.

Job done Xmas Wink

Freddiefrog · 22/12/2013 22:03

I can't be the only person in the world to get the raging arseache for no apparent reason though can I?

It's not madly unreasonable to just have the hump is it?

I came up here for his benefit really, I am in just the right mood to start a row for the sake of it. You'd think he'd want to stay away Grin

CremolaFirCone · 22/12/2013 22:12

I'm in a right huff too OP.fed up to the back teeth of everything. I am being alone in the office. Dh is watching shit on telly. Dd is at a party.
I want everyone to fuck the fuck off .

Nothing puts me in a bad mood more than someone telling me to 'cheer up', it never ever makes me cheer up, I doubt it ever works when said to anyone.

When I am in a grump I have a very long bath with the door locked.

Well I didn't exactly choose to have the hump

And I always thought I had quite a good scowl, he's probably used to it by now and it's water off a ducks back Grin

You have my sympathy. Tried to watch the choir in our hotel room, DS won't go to sleep and DH was just standing in front of the TV chuntering over it.

And there are loads of young kids with space blasted and remote control cars banging up and down the corridors. Angry
