I cancelled an order made online as they said they could no longer get it shipped by Xmas
They still haven't refunded me for the item but have refunded the postage. They have since despatched it and are asking that I pay the postage again. No word about the refund for the item!
Is it now classed as unsolicited goods? In that case I could still keep it and fight for my money back!
If anyone has any legal knowledge is be very grateful

Send it back and request a full refund.

I don't think they're going to refund me at all but I'll keep trying :(

i bloody well hope they dont refund you & either you pay the postage or ask them to collect for a full refund. another twat wanting something for nothing Biscuit people like you piss me off dishonesty & all that!

Your going to keep trying for a refund on something to intend to keepHmm, good luck with that. Do you have any morals?

They would be absolutely stupid to refund you. I really hope they don't. I would love to be in their office when your demand comes through.

You're drip-feeding. Why didn't you say you'd ended up with two of the same at the beginning? Tell the original supplier that, ask for a courier or a prepaid return postage pack to take the unwanted item, and stop pissing us about.

This makes no sense.
If it was a while ago and you cancelled immediately. What proof do you have? The fact you allowed them to keep your money and accepted the postage refund makes it difficult to see it as a cancellation.

It sounds more like a 'sorry it's going to be delayed so here's your postage back' rather than a cancellation.
