I know I am but I have a stressful job. I try to leave work at work but maybe once every other week I want to come home and grip about work. my DH thinks I should be able to leave everything at work. who is Aibu? I have no one else to talk to about this.

We gossip talk about work every night, for a large portion of it. We DO have overlapping jobs/employers/colleagues though!

DO you sometimes talk about work in neutral or even positive terms?

In the early days of our marriage, dh would come through the door and start a long rant every day. It was exhausting, having all that negativity dumped on me.

These days, he talks about what he does in general, discusses problems, tells me when something funny or interesting has happened. It means that any gripe he has is in context and makes sense.
