I love all of the families on googlebox. I am sometimes a bit shocked when Louis swears at them, but it's all taken in good spirit and you can tell they have a really good relationship.

I like the screechy mum too, as I think i'll end up a bit like that. It makes me laugh how she over reacts to loads of stuff.

I know it's set up for the cameras, but I like to see the families all sitting down and watching the tv together rather than what we see a lot of the time where kids are alone in their bedrooms on games consoles or on the internet.

Excuse they show the weeks tv out of sync, so I think that George guy might have had his cast off at some point throughout the week and that's why the cast was off in some shots, but then back on again later in the show.

I think \I am a little bit screechy mum when watching tv if they are all commenting on stuff or bickering i schreech like a banshee at them to shut up

yes they were on 4 in a bed their hotel is called the salutations and it is really posh as you would expect, I think they have staff though dont fancy them making my breakfast if they are hungover

I saw their episodes again last week or the week before on more4 they are genuinely lovely

I loved how the teenage girl was so in love with One Direction this week. She was swooning. We've all been there, but it was so sweet.

I love this programme so much. DS1(18) and I always watch it twice, because we miss things the first time round. DH is away until January so I am keeping it on my Sky planner until he gets back.

I really hope they do a Christmas one.

Though I do worry they won't be able to make any more series half as good, as the people who apply to go on it will be wannabes with increasingly outrageous antics. Bit like Come Dine With Me (though admittedly was never as good as Gogglebox) and Big Brother (I enjoyed the first one but that is it).

Is there bountiful amounts of champers on big brother, along with bucket fulls of gin then?

It's entertaining but think it always seems overplayed and folk are just mugging up to the cameras.

I think Louis' Mum was being annoying by prattling on but I also think Louis was so rude. I would never have got away with that behaviour! Even now. And she did as he asked and just shut up! Still, different families, different dynamics I suppose.

I really like Louis, he makes the best faces and is very funny. His swearing doesn't bother me.

I haven't seen G-box, though I'd like to. I'll have to look into when it's on.

I do think if you talk over something someone's watching -especially if it's deliberate and constant-it's very rude and intrusive and you deserve a 'shut up', although I'd probably be more polite. When i was a teen, one memorable christmas I had both sets of grandparents with us who bitched and moaned at everything all day but expected complete silence (and devotion) to the soap specials.

When I watched the DW special (first one i think) they bitched and said how crap it was, how they hated sci fi stuff, talked loudly and shouted over it. In the end my dad and mum told them in polite terms to stfu, or they wouldn't be watching Eastenders the next day.

I've always found talking through things like that rude, especially when the people who do are always the ones who want complete silence to concentrate on their own shit. They just seem to want to ruin yours.
