I've noticed this kind of arrogance that I've never noticed before. I think he's a lovely guy but something has changed.

It really isn't very nice to be unpleasant about anybody.
Whether you 'like' him or not, in terms of music he knows his stuff and has consistently worked hard.

I call the wilderness years The Heartbeat Years. He couldn't get arrested at that point and everyone was wild about Robbie. He's probably relieved as fuck to be back in the spotlight. I've never been bothered about any of Take That so I remain impartial.

I actually think he looks clinically depressed, look in his eyes, there's nothing there. I think smugness is a cover for depression in his case. And no I don't think he's fit at all. Robbie on the other hand....

We were saying just the same thing on Saturday. The humility and gratitude and "I've learnt the hard way and I suffered" has all gone and been replaced with smuggy smug smug.

Still not as bad as Nicole though.

He never bothered me that much until I realised he donated large sums to the Tory party and was a tax dodging weasel. Now everything he does annoys me.

If it wasn't for that Take That reunion show on telly they would possibly never have had a come back and he'd still be sat at home writing his tunes just being a "oh remember him, wonder what happened to him?" sorta bloke. Robbie was the successful one, he made it work without Take That which Gary never could achieve. Now he's up Simon Cowell's backside which is the only reason he's being talked about.

He is dull as dishwater and his music is terrible. And he is a involved in one of those dodgy tax schemes where he pays 1%, a la Jimmy Carr.

I think hes a bit smug too these days.
I don't think he ever did have the X factor myself, Robbie was the hottie of TT.

I like Gary. But as a performer, I think he works best with the rest of the band around him. It just doesn't seem to work the same without them, even though he's the one doing all the singing! I think he's achieved a lot in the last year whilst going through private hell. That might affect the way he comes across.

I thought that there was a change in him when his wife lost their baby late in the pregnancy.

I've never liked him, I don't think he is attractive, but I did think he just seemed to bounce back to work. I know that obviously Amanda had the physical effect to recover from, but she took a complete break, unlike Gary.
