XH used to have a really good reason why he didn't put his dirty stuff in the laundry basket. It was because he didn't want to make the other clothes in there dirty Hmm

It was no good refusing to wash his stuff because then he would just wear unwashed stuff . Or worse, nick mine. As for dumping his clothes outside, I once found a bucket of skiddy pants he had put outside to soak, and left. For months.

I LTB, though to be fair that wasn't the primary reason.

My oh puts his dirty clothes roughly a metre away from the basket.WHY WHY WHY!!!

I have a problem with laundry. I'll wash, dry, iron and take upstairs but not put away. This is on the condition that dirty clothes are folded, sleeves rolled down, socks unbundled . Yes, you read that right, folded. I don't put the machine on every day and was sick of jeans one leg inside out getting creased to buggery. If it's not up to scratch it will never be washed.

Dirty dishes are placed on top of an empty dishwasher [. They are left there until he deigns to wash them or put them in the dirty dishes cupboard aka the fecking dishwasher.
