I think she's excellent. As mentioned upthread, she's not very smiley, but what's important isn't her appearance but the way she's lead Germany over the last few years and that she doesn't take crap from anyone.

This is really nice to read - I live in Germany, and didn't realise the Angie (as she is affectionately referred to :o ) came across so well.

She is very hard working, does what she says she will, is not at all "pandering" to anyone at all. Even if you don't agree with all the policies of her party, there's very little to quibble about the way she does her job.

I have a crush on her too. Sorry if that offends anyone, but I can't think of another way to put it. I don't like her politics at all, so I can't honestly say that I admire her, but when I see her doing her straight-talking (no pun intended) thing, I get those butterflies in my tummy that I associate with crushes. I think something about her personal style is rather wonderful, though don't get me started on her stance on austerity and bail-outs.
